General Business Posting Group Sync (this will include general product and general business posting group creation)

• Allow users to create an Posting Group Master lists in master company (all posting groups)​

• Allow users to create Posting Group Setups in master company ​

• Allow users to choose which Resources sync from master company to other companies​
