Popup Notes

One Suggestion: For many implementations I do popup notes of some sort. I like how we did it at Classic Accessories. We added a check box on the Comments called “Pop-up Note” to the Customer Comments, Vendor Comments and Item Comments.
When a Sales Order/Purchase Order (Customer/Vendor) or Sales/Purchase Line is added (item), any comments marked as Pop-up Note will display in a read-only window.

This is helpful for reminders about what special requirements might be in place for a certain transaction:
